All Bank Employees Welfare Society (ABEWS) was formed in 2016 in response to increasing challenges faced by bank employees and pensioners concerning pension policies, gratuity regulations, provident fund contributions, and service-related disputes. The Society emerged from the need for a structured, lawful, and transparent mechanism to safeguard the legitimate rights of employees and retirees.
